• Separate feed room, hay storage, and bathroom with shower, hvac tack room
• 25 acres of pasture with established bahia grass and winter rye for year round grazing
• Large sand arena

• Large regulation size 20 x 60 dressage ring

Basic board includes:

• 24 hour grass turnout/with run-in sheds
• AM/PM feeding , including quality coastal hay
• Blanketing as needed
• We will accommodate any special needs of our boarders.
